My experience with a commercial dehumidifier is good, keeps the SHB form 
laying eggs for over a week honey house at 80F (40F DP), Be sure to 
drink plenty of water as you loose a lot of water due to evaporation. 
The only down fall is any honey on the extraction equipment turns to 
taffy and is hard to remove. Any open honey is also more difficult to 
extract.
