A mother and her two daughters were found, as reported on the Today Show (US), after being lost on a remote, snowy road in Oregon for nine days. The mother sustained life, exceptionally well, in her two daughters (ages 7 months and 4 years) by breastfeeding them both. Praise the Lord she not only chose to breastfed, but continued with such an abundant supply for these girls.
Unfortunately the father is still missing, as he went for help three days prior. I was completely brought to tears listening to the grandparents share and express how important mom's milk was for these girls - "her mothering instinct" rather than wilderness training as they explained to Matt Lauer.
