I own a knitted breast. I'm not a knitter but I obtained a copy of the
pattern and gave it to a knitter who made one for me. I've also seen 2
knitted breasts made into earmuffs.

I have used a balloon occasionally as a visual aid. With an areold drawn on,
it looks like an engorged breast with flattened nipples.

I like to let the air out of the balloon while holding the opening taut,
causing it to "scream," as I mention how a poor latch can lead to extremely
sore nipples.
