I was struck by this, Pat.....this is so *rude*. Would they groan if
another colleague from another specialism stood up to speak? Are you
meant to regard this as a joke, and laugh ?
I speak to doctors too, and I would not find it acceptable to be
groaned at....and I am not even a healthcare professional! If
they're gonna groan, then they should do it silently :)
