How about Sudafed?  I actually had a mom who tried this a couple weeks
ago.  (The one I mentioned here who relactated to an oversupply after
not nursing her newborn from birth for something like three weeks.  So
when the new baby came, we knew there would be way too much milk.)

She just took a couple doses and it cut things back enough that her
mastitis cleared up and things settled nicely.
