My niece was sort of A cup on one size and C cup on the other. When her
baby was a couple of mo old she mentioned this to me, as it was sort of
annoying her. After we talked, she always started on the smaller breast and
used the 2nd breast, if needed. It tamped down the over supply issue with
the C side and helped even her out a bit.
I think this would work the same way with pumping. Always pump the smaller
breast first, then do a limited time (say 1/2 of the time spent on the
smaller breast). She may have to play around iwth the times to find what
