Hello! I just thought someone might want to see what the State of Tennessee
is working on.
I am displeased with the phrase " a chlid 12 months or younger" in the
bill. Though the last line "prohibits local governments from criminalizing
or restricting breastfeeding" must protect those infants breastfeeding in
public who are "older than 12 months of age".
Have a great weekend!
Warmly,

Mama to Henry- 20 months and breastfeeding with passion!
"Breastfeeding in public. Allows a mother to breastfeed a child 12 months
or younger in any location, public or private, where the mother and child
are authorized to be present. Prohibits local governments from
criminalizing or restricting breastfeeding."
