My apologies to the list. It appears I'm guilty of the reply-all syndrome.
  If anyone wants a copy of the thesis let me know and I'll send a pdf. 
  Patterns without Rhythm is an ethnography of an archaeological field camp; it just happens to have been historical archaeologists.
