I've just joined this list and saw in the achives some discussion about
staff education for Baby Friendly.

Our hospital is using Health e-Learning Essentials. The nurses love doing it
and I like it because all the administration is done for me. I wasn't on the
committee that chose it, but they said that the major reason we went with
this one is because it is written at a professional level and was a level
above anything else on offer, and our nurses are just about all university
educated now.

I can recommend this one highly. It really has changed breastfeeding
practices in our hospital for the better.
