I have learned that you cannot predict how a particular mom will do...in 
some cases where the "right" procedure was done, leaving nipple in place, 
there is still not enough milk production because too much tissue was 
removed.  In other cases, women who had the "bad" procedure where the 
nipples were removed and reattached,  somehow plenty of milk finds its way 
out.  I have seen one mom who had breast reduction go on to have a severe 
oversupply for TWINS...so you just never know.
