I just wanted to express my gratitude for all the contributions to this 
discussion and everyone's patience in helping me really get it all 
straight in my brain.  The quantity of information and study results 
available are so limitless, it's exciting to be able to add more and more 
to my basket of knowledge I can use to help other moms meet their 
breastfeeding goals...assuming of course I get it right :)

I doubt if there are many other professions where those on top are so 
willing to help those just beginning the climb.  I'm so honored.
