Really? Compounding pharmacies are NOT included? I read that they were
specifically included in the warning to NOT prepare domperidone. Where can
I find this?
The book I found, and haven't finished yet, is On The Take: How Medicine's
Complicity With Big Business Can Endanger Your Health, by Jerome P.
Kassirer, M.D.
He mentions the AAP / Ross Labs book deal on pg. 103. His section on
Pediatricians (specifically the AAP) is on pgs 116 to 118. It is
well-referenced.
I have no financial interest in this book - just an avid reader.
