I would suggest that this mom try a Symphony on a low setting.  If the 24
mm. flange is most comfortable, maybe try a Soft-fit breastsheild.  It has a
24 mm. tunnel, but it is pliable and may work better.  The Symphony may do a
better job of stimulating the MER and she may be able to get more milk while
using lower vacuum.
