This is really an interesting observation regarding the  microcalicifications 
of the the breast.
I had a mammogram almost 2 years ago that had same findings...it was a  
screening mammo.  When I went back I was asked was it a screening or a  diagnostic 
mammogram I was having.  My doctor didn't write which so I said  "diagnostic". 
 I found out something interesting that day...screenings are  read later and 
diagnostics are read there and then.  
The did ask about the breastfeeding.  I am going to ask some questions  of 
two of my friends at work...one an radiation oncologist and the other a  
oncology physician assistant. 
If I find out anything about extended breastfeeding effecting mammograms  
will let you all know.
