Here's the viewpoint of a person just reading this list for education
and professional growth. In the past, some people have written things
that come across as harsh, mean, and meant to criticize. Their postings
cause division and anger among Lactnetters. The real shame is when
people can not write in a way without being mean or cruel or an attack.
What the list mothers are too nice to say is that many people on this
list complain to them when we get someone who can not "play nice" and
discuss objectively and with politeness. It is better when such people
are "banned." Otherwise the rest of us would leave. Some of you may feel
the list mothers are unfair but I for one would not be a part of Lactnet
without such rules.
I want to learn without the drama.
