I thought complete or almost complete loss of milk is quite normal in pregnancy. Mostly I teach mom that every drop of milk at breast in the first half of pregnancy is a bonus. 
  But I do not remember any case that went as bad as this one. I do know lots of cases where baby gets fuzzy and growth slows down.
