Hi,

            I have that same cute poster hanging outside of our milk bank,
which is housed within our NICU. The nurses said that it was child porn
since the little girl "clearly did not have a blouse on". One day I came in
to find a surgical mask stuck to the picture and tailored to be a top for
the little girl. This picture caused such a stir that my manager told me
that I would have to take it down. I agreed to do so when I found a suitable
substitute. I haven't found one yet and it has been almost three years.
Somehow the talk has died down. What a disgrace that people who claim to be
healthcare professionals can have such a warped view of something so
innocent.
