I absolutely agree, as wife to a celiac and mom to one kid with
behavior issues stemming from gluten (but no celiac) and one baby who
was never exposed (until she ate dog food this morning!).
Also, since the father is already gluten-free, it should not be quite
the hardship that it would be for her to go gf were this completely new
to her.
If it were completely new, a zebra-type issue, I would hesitate, but if
mom knows what it entails and brings it up, I would support her.
