birth wt, present weight, wt gain trend, frequency of bf, urine output, general
appearance, mother's concern.......
the frequencies listed in your post may be minimums or ranges, ....all are
guidelines.
yes, this is a challenging topic and may be confusing for many expectant and
new parents, ....and us too.
