Subject: [LACTNET] simple diet for mom
I have been searching but can't find it, maybe someone will know what I am
talking about.
Instead of telling the mom a million things not to eat there was a simple
diet listing things she could eat instead and then add foods back one at a
time to see what the baby is reacting to. Does anyone remember this or
could point me in the right direction?
Thanks!
