Does anyone provide Fenugreek to mothers directly? I tell mothers about
Fenugreek all the time as a natural galactogogue; however, in the NICU,
many mothers are far from home and/or do not have any transportation to
go obtain this. As a dietitian, I can provide supplements to my
patients' moms who tell me they are anemic or are having a hard time
eating nutritiously (because my department feeds all nursing moms at
n/c). Can anyone give me feedback about Fenugreek to mothers when they
are staying with their sick babies in the hospital as a nutritional
supplement to help increase their milk supply?
