Dear Friends:
Proteins make for intolerances, allergies and fussy babies. Only
rarely (1 in 60,000) is it lactose.
Without lactose, calcium absorption is dampened. I wonder if we will see
a spike in osteoporosis in another 10 or 20 years, when a generation of
babies fed lactose-free formula will be old enough to show it.
