She might be better off with a non-nursing bra. A front closing sport or
regular bra would work great. She could use a back closing bra, unhook and
lift up in front or just take off when she pumps and nurses. A sport bra
might work for her different breast sizes. We often have moms in ICN put a
patient gown on backwards so she can nurse, pump and or do skin to skin
without a bra or shirt on. Most moms feel they "have" to buy things to
breastfeed; bras, pillows, shirts, even pumps. Hope that helps.
