This is really an interesting observation regarding the microcalicifications
of the the breast.
I had a mammogram almost 2 years ago that had same findings...it was a
screening mammo. When I went back I was asked was it a screening or a diagnostic
mammogram I was having. My doctor didn't write which so I said "diagnostic".
I found out something interesting that day...screenings are read later and
diagnostics are read there and then.
The did ask about the breastfeeding. I am going to ask some questions of
two of my friends at work...one an radiation oncologist and the other a
oncology physician assistant.
If I find out anything about extended breastfeeding effecting mammograms
will let you all know.
