  a) aap considers domperidone compatible with breastfeeding... saying  that 
there is no enough getting into the milk to clinically affect the baby. 
 
  b) one report listed in hale iwth mom taking 30 mg a day/ found 2.6  micro 
grams/ liter in the milk.
