Well!  I am so glad to get to the bottom of this
story.  I've wanted to relate this to my BF class but
wanted make sure it was true.  It is such a great
example as to the reason of our existence.  A whole
generation almost lost the art and knowledge of
feeding our young!   Just think of it, ladies (and
gents)!  We are the keepers of the flame.  Sounds
kinda corny, but true. 
And about the elephants!  A matriarchal society and
very intelligent beings.  Too bad they have to be in
zoos.
