You will find some evidence-based studies and protocols on domperidone 
and metoclopramide on sites on Diana West's www.bfar.org site : (dom is

Anecdotally, many women have used domperidone for low milk supply, for 
adoption and for relactation. I am one of the mothers who found it 
really helpful for boosting my supply. I hope more will chime in to tell 
you that it is a very good option.
