I have not heard/read anything on by-effects o lecithin. What does come to mind is the combination of urinairy tract sensitivety, thrush and hot, humid weather. Could she have candida in other places than the breast? Perhaps the not drinking enough and urinating infrequently could play a part in candida overgrowth as well.
Warmly,
Gonneke,
IBCLC, LLLL, MOM, grandma2B in a also hot soutern Netherlands, where it may reach or even pass the 35 degrees C today, which is huge for this area.
