Hello oh wise ones around the world...
  I need to pose a question.....
  In your experiences/practices, do you use gel pads as a rule to treat sore nipples? If so, what kind do you prefer? Which kinds do you not like?
  Do you use the Lily Pad at all? Do you like it or not?
