Dear Chris,
it is very unlikely that such a small amount of domperidone could pass 
into the milk and then from here affect the baby's dopaminergic system 
inhibiting his dopamine secretion and increasing, therefore, his prolactin 
to make him producing milk! probably the G.P. doesn't recall that newborns 
sometimes produce "witch's milk". Domperidone is blamed - and who 
prescribes it is therefore blamed - of too many untoward effects...
