   I do not have the article with me as I am out of town but my recollection 
is that even with the loss the amount in breastmilk is stil higher than in 
formula. As there are many other important components in breastmilk and that a 
working mother is breastfeeding when home I think that this is a very small 
piece and so am not so concerned about this loss.
