Of course and it is not really any different from relactation and a search
on relactation or induced lactation will give you useful info. There is the
WHO booklet

There is also an article I wrote on milk supply in adoptive mothers

Unfortunately many lactation texts that discuss relactation/induced
lactation are unnecessarily pessimistic but the WHO booklet is an excellent
resource.
