Hi All,
Those emails for the law were very prompt. Thanks to
all-specifically: Renee, Judy, Rachelle, Heidi and
Melissa.
Now back to my specific ?:
If a breastfeeding mother has jury duty at a federal
court, must they provide accomodations, or do you read
from the law that they must be excused. I am so
hoping that this friend of a friend can get some
publicity with this. She doesn't "feel" comfortable
enough to breastfeed in court apparently?
I do have all the details--it is a friend of a
co-worker.
Please send your emails off list, since I know this
could take up a lot of space.
Take care.
Pam.
