I hear your frustration, Rachel! I guess this happens everywhere, no matter
how much we teach the nurses. Argh!
Regarding computer charting, we have been using the LATCH score to chart how
baby is nursing, it is *supposed* to be charted each shift, and if done
correctly would be obvious if there is a problem with either baby's suck or
mother's nipples. Have you seen this?
