So, here it is the dreaded year ten with the looming of the re-taking of  the 
exam.  I am a panicky test taker so this is not good news for me.   Tell me 
these days -- which are the best of the best of the books, courses, etc.  to 
read, attend and study for this exam in July? I want to get started now,  cause 
I have so little time each day.  Also - any good sources for finding  
discounts on these books used since the price of most of them is way out of my  reach
