Hi All

I have permission to post - I would like to ask for advice / Help
Has any one looked after women with firbroadenomas in the breast. A woman has At least 12 in each breast some measuring 36 x 21mm another in the same breast measure 16 x 21 in length. Would she have less breast tissue for lactation? She is day 4 to-day and when baby goes on the breast she is experiencing a lot of pain and when hand expressing, but as much with a pump. She does have colostrum. At present she is using a nipple shield to attempt to keep the breastfeeding partnership going.

Many thanks for all your help
