I want to thank everyone for their inputs. The baby gained like gangbusters 
with EBM in a bottle and breast. Now we need to figure out the utensils.

My mom, like yours, was not aware of how little baby was actually getting 
at the breast alone.

The OT didn't know how badly this momma wants to breastfeed. I think she 
thought I was the one pushing it. Once I told her that I didn't care how 
the baby was fed ( okay, I lied) as long as she was fed, she relaxed her 
attitude.
