you said "the mom is going to pump between nursings to rule out poor milk transfer"; wouldn't pre- and post feed weights be more appropriate to discern actual milk transfer? just thinking it's the better way to document what's actually going on, and then be able to redirect your efforts appropriately based on the outcome.
