Oh yes, Susan, I have seen this and so much more in my
area.  Sadly, I can just imagine the train wreck
you've encountered.  On occasion I've called the pump
depot in question and engaged the entrepeneur in
dialogue.  Swimming upstream, to be sure.

This is one of the reasons it's important to educate
both the public and health care providers about the
differences in credentials, experience, and education
backing the many breastfeeding helpers.  Many mothers
are understandably confused.

So sorry to hear this is happening in your neck of the
woods.
