I'm surprised no one has mentioned "the hand that rocks the cradle" yet. It's from the early nineties - the story goes that a woman is hired as a nanny and is portrayed breastfeeding the baby she is caring for. A breast pump is also shown to imply that's how she keeps up her milk supply.  Long story short - the dad is a doctor - nanny lost her baby for some reason and blames him, gets hired and plans to do away with the mom. I remember taking my pre-teen and early teen daughters to see the movie and having them exclaim loudly "mom! it's a Lactina" when it was shown.(I had a rental station at home during their formative years!)
