This reporter is looking for people from the Sacramento, California area to
interview about cultural attitudes toward breasts and big breasts and breast
implants, etc. Please contact her today if any of you from Sacto are
reading LactNet this morning. Thanks.

Kathy Dettwyler, visiting Sacramento, but no longer qualified as "living
here"

Dear Kathy -
I found your resume while doing a "google" search, and am hoping you might
be
able to help.

I'm writing an article for Sacramento magazine on breasts, taking a look at
the growing phenomenon of breast augmention and our culture's focus on big
breasts from both psychological and social angles - i.e., how does the "big
boob"
trend affect women from a psychological standpoint, and also, what does it
all
say about our culture/society? I'm looking for experts to interview, and
while I'd love to interview you, I need to keep my interviewees local (in
the
general Sacramento area). So since you spent some time at UC Davis, I was
wondering if you might have some thoughts on a local expert I could talk to
- maybe an
anthropology professor, or women's studies, or even psychology.

If you have any leads, I'd love to hear from you. I need to wrap up all
interviews by this Wed., Jan 11th, if possible.

Thanks so much for your help -
Sincerely,
Cathy Cassinos-Carr for Sacramento magazine (916-201-5341)
