Hello again,
I asked some long complicated questions and got some great feedback...thank you, but I still don't have some critical info.
I hear the comments that the premie baby once at home does not need the fortified abm it is clear that the baby's Dr. is the AUTHORITY and that is expected to continue until baby is one year old.
My question...once this fortified abm is added to the ebm how are the room temperature/ milk storage issues affected? I have read the one re-heat or nine hours rule of thumb...Does anyone have a citation Please. The mom has asked for a citation and also oh wise ones (Nancy Wight included). Could I recommend she not fortify a bottle of ebm if she was trying to get out of the house with the baby and that was stoppping her.
