Just for discussion's sake: where is the evidence that breastmilk can *not* be heated again?
As far as I know (in my country anyway) the directions to use heated breastmilk within the hour and not heat again are based on the rules that are set up for any milk and not based on research or testing done on fresh, cooled or frozen human milk.
What does come to mind is the little Norwegian survey Rachel pointed out to us some years ago where breastmilk was frozen, thawed, refrozen and thawed and was still bacteriologically safe. If I do recall well there was also reheated milk included.

that the information that I was providing was incorrect. I told her that once
she heats breastmilk, it should be used within the next hour, and it should
not be reheated. She used a web page from kellymom.com to prove me wrong. I
had a discussion with Kelly Bonyata, creator of Kellymom.Com. The page about
reheating breastmilk involves direct quotes from experts like Dr. Ruth
Lawrence and Jan Barger. I respect both of these women very much, but there
appears to be NO research based evidence to back up their statements. If there
is, I would love to see it.
