The first evidence that baby's saliva enters the breast was from a 
poster presentation at ILCA last year. They did FISH (flourescent 
in-situ hybridization, a technique used for sensitive genetics 
diagnostics) to identify y chromosome bearing cells in maternal breast 
immediately after bf a male child. They found 'em!
I don't remember the author's names... sorry, but this is an exciting 
piece of work. I hope they publish it.

And don't forget the oral structural effects of breastfeeding, Brian 
Palmer DDS published an article in JHL several years ago on that.
