Recently I was in contact with a mother who mentioned a similar reaction. 
She didn't specifically say "reflux", but that when she started fenugreek 
she noticed her baby was not as comforted after feedings and "spit up much 
more". There are other herbs this mother can take. There is a good info. 
on this in "Defining your own Success" by D. West or Newman's "Ultimate 
Breastfeeding Book of Answers". Information is written to be 
understandable for the mother herself (its not too techie).
