I just got some interesting information from my client with low milk 
supply.  She didn't start puberty or get her period until age 18!  She 
was also a track runner and had very low body fat as an adolescent.  
She is now 31.

She will be getting ultrasound on both breasts to look for lumps, and I 
have advised her to discuss this with the radiologist to see if s/he 
can see normal amounts of glandular tissue.
