This has been known for decades. Knowing that I would have my baby
prematurely I took a home made cotton filled quilt with me to the hospital
so that I could drape it over the humidicrib at night. (Cotton so it could
be laundered to hospital specs). At one stage hospital volunteers were
making these for the NICU. This is another reason why bilibeds and
biliblankets are a very good investment.
