Hello, I am a new subscriber to LactNet.  Your introductory letter asked
that I contact you to let you know who I am.

I am a lactation consultant (IBCLC) in private practice in Los Angeles.  I
am on the board of directors of the Breastfeeding Task Force of Greater Los
Angeles.  I am a Baby Friendly consultant and recently helped Glendale
Memorial Hospital  to become the 50th Baby Friendly Hospital in the US!

In addition, I am a certified Lamaze instructor and the mother of 2
college-aged daughters.

I look forward to reading the LactNet postings.
