Well, I can only tell you what I did when that was said to me.  I fashioned a 3 page letter indicating WHY she was not breastfeeding friendly contrary to what she advertised and and presented it when saying "Please ensure that my son's records get forwarded to Dr. C. You are no longer ensuring my sons health and I will be transferring his care elsewhere" (Dr. C meaning the new ped I had picked out who's name I have witheld since I don't think he'd want his name plastered all over cyberspace in spite of knowing how much I appreciate his pro breastfeeding ways) 
   
  Susan the stubborn breastfeeding councelor who ended up with a doctor intent on proving her lactation knowledge wrong, though thankfully Dr. Psycho Spaz  failed miserably and is no longer in practice anymore.
