I "adopt" the formula samples from my clients who are doing well. I tell 
them they are doing so well they don't need it, and can I please take it 
for a mom who can't make enough milk for her baby. I keep it in my 
office for those rare but scary situations when a hypocaloric baby shows 
up with a mom who can't express or pump anything.
